Service description
JewelerPOS is a cloud-based ERP, POS, CRM, HR and Accounting platform provided to jewellery businesses on a subscription basis.
The service includes the web application at jewelerpos.com, mobile-optimized access, and supporting APIs.
Account registration
You must provide accurate business and contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by your staff users.
One subscription is valid for one jewellery business entity. Multi-branch access is available on the Pro plan.
Payment & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Pricing is as shown on /pricing at the time of subscription.
Payment is via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. Annual plans may be paid via NEFT/RTGS.
Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period. Access may be suspended thereafter until payment is received.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for any illegal activity or to store illegal content.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the system.
You may not use the service in a way that damages, disables, or impairs the platform.
Automated scraping or bulk export via unsupported means is prohibited.
Data ownership
You own all business data you enter into JewelerPOS — customers, inventory, transactions, everything.
We act only as a processor of your data as per your instructions.
You can export your complete data at any time in open formats.
Upon account termination, you have 90 days to export data before permanent deletion (subject to 7-year retention for financial records per IT Act).
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Monthly plans end at the period close; no refund for partial months.
We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal use, with notice except in cases of abuse.
Limitation of liability
Service is provided 'as is' with 99.9% uptime SLA.
Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for loss of business, lost profits, or consequential damages.
You are responsible for validating compliance of documents generated by the system for your specific use case.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30-day notice via email.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
