Refund Policy

Free trial
Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the chosen plan.
No payment is collected during the trial.
If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, data is retained read-only for 30 days.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard.
Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
No refund is issued for the remaining portion of a monthly billing cycle.
Annual plans
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back window from the payment date.
If cancelled within 30 days, full refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
After 30 days, refunds for annual plans are not available. You may cancel to stop auto-renewal.
Assisted migration
Assisted migration service is refundable if migration fails due to our error.
Refund is not available if migration is cancelled by customer mid-process or if source data was incorrect/incomplete.
How to request a refund
Email billing@jewelerpos.com with your account email and reason.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
Refund is made to the original payment instrument only.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of violation of terms of service.
Chargebacks initiated without prior refund request may result in account suspension.
