We spent two years sitting in jewellery shops before writing the first line of code. This is software made the way jewellers actually work.

The problem we saw

Most "jewellery software" is adapted retail software. GST fields added here, HUID field bolted on there. But Indian jewellery is not retail — it's Karigar workshops, Girvi loan books, Savings schemes, old-gold exchange, family ledgers, birthday visits. Generic software doesn't understand any of this.

What we built

JewelerPOS is built from scratch for Indian jewellers. Every module — billing, inventory, karigar, girvi, schemes, HR, accounting — reflects how the business actually runs. When a karigar takes 10g of gold, the system knows what to track. When a customer does old-gold exchange, the system shows the formula. When GST month-end comes, the returns export in one click.
